Application Forms for Admission to Class – NURSERY, LKG and UKG are available online. Interested Candidates can fill the form and submit the same online from 16th August 2023. Please note that any application form, not duly filled in or the forms that are incomplete will be automatically rejected. Kindly go through the Instructions carefully before filling up the form.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Recent Photograph of Student.
2. Birth Certificate (i.e Municipality Registration Certificate).
3. Christian students will produce Birth Certificate (i.e Municipality Registration Certificate) and the Baptism Certificate along with the letter of the Parish Priest.
4. Aadhar Card of Ward and Parents.
5. Parents Qualification Certificates.
6. Parent’s Income / Salary Certificates
7. Valid Report of Blood Group (Ward).

Please note:
1. Age Limit:

• NURSERY: Age (In Years) 3+ as of 31st March 2024
  • (Born between 1st April 2021 and 31st October 2021)

• LKG: Age (In Years) 4+ as of 31st March 2024
  • (Born between 1st April 2020 and 31st October 2020)

• UKG: Age (In Years) 5+ as of 31st March 2024
  • (Born between 1st April 2019 and 31st October 2019)

2. Date of Interaction with Parents will be intimated to you through SMS. So do provide us your Valid Mobile Number in the Form.
3. Please take print out of the Application form after Online Submission and submit to the School Office with the above required documents on the day of Parent’s interaction.
